Cactus Club soy Dijon salmon: Birthday Dinner #3 of 3

Some guy in a black SUV honked at me this evening while I was walking to the bus stop. It's not like I suddenly have "it," whatever that may be, so I don't know what to make of that. (no, I don't know any white guy professionals) Also, two people were polite and let me get on the bus first when I was just going to wait. Interesting...

Chrystal and I met each other at London Drugs, and we updated each other on life stuff like Facebook. She said she didn't mind taking transit, but it would take a while to get to the Keg near Ironwood AND get back! Instead, we walked to the Cactus Club since it wasn't TOO far away. Discussed soy Dijon salmon, salad, barley, mashed potatoes, Awana being hectic on Saturday, Grandma, registration / buying new handbooks / 40 T&T clubbers, Chris Lam being really dedicated, Danny also being an intern, Trinity / ACTS Seminary / Regent / UBC / SERVANTS, Emily and Mike going to Hong Kong with her parents, Havarti, Ayler, Yahoo News / Youtube, my birthday dinners, going for gelato / to Shoppers later, Stanley looking for guitar students to teach, and more. We both get sick of things (cereal / crackers...) if we have them TOO MUCH!

Went to Amato Gelato afterwards; she had strawberry gelato, while I had black forest gelato. Of course, I thanked her for dinner and ice cream! Then we went to Shoppers Drug Mart, where she thought I could go home because it was getting dark: nah, I was good for now! (but in a couple of months, I may not be...) I saw a sale on Chewy Chips Ahoy which expired TODAY: $1.79 is even cheaper than $2, so I insisted on buying her a box. I bought two for myself, as well as some wasabi edamame. (Japanese soybeans) Got home by 8:30, which is totally fine. :D

Poutine, Lindt chocolate, pub glasses, and Grandma

So much for not going out till Thursday - my laundry detergent cup is ruined after doing some laundry, so I had to get another one. Thank goodness I can shop on my OWN schedule! Found some pub glasses at London Drugs which were $1.20 each, so I bought four of them... good to have spares around, just in case! Also bought a 300g on-sale Lindt dark chocolate bar (the sale expires tomorrow), and some Ruffles sour cream and bacon chips. Then I went home to put it away before going out again for A&W poutine at the Richmond Centre food court - Troy Anthony is to blame for this, since he was posting pictures of said dish in Puckheads! Since I was out anyway, I decided to go see Grandma at Dogwood - I knew my mom would make a big deal out of my not coming today. I didn't go last Tuesday (but I went the next day!), and to hear her go on about it, it's like I never visited Grandma last week. *rage* When my parents offered to let me tag along for baby-minding, I said no. Then when my mom said I should call her if I needed a ride to the long-term care home tomorrow, I said I probably wouldn't be coming out. YAY FOR "ME" time, until the weekend anyway! They gave me some white nectarines for Uncle Michael and Aunt Leslie, plus measuring tape to size out Grandma's feet / shoes before they left.

Grandma thought I was Steph AGAIN, and wanted me to eat food there; no thanks! Uncle Michael offered me two throat lozenges and a banana, which I took. We talked about transit, Aaron coming in November, their not coming to Sunday's dinner since they needed to pack, the long days involved in driving from Burnaby to Dogwood and back again, China, cruising, the Blue Jays-Mariners game, a monkey in a classic movie, and more. It was nice to actually talk to him, heh. When I decided to leave at 6 after Grandma had finished her dinner, I had JUST missed the Cambie bus! On the way home, two stupid bicyclists didn't see me and almost ran me over! FUCK!

Cora's at Ironwood, huge crepes, sourdough, hand creams, EB Games, and more!

Got up at 8:20, even though I couldn't sleep till after 3:30 AM. That's what coffee is for, to make me feel remotely human! Vanessa sent me a FB message to say she'd be by just after 9. As advertised, she picked me up for breakfast at Cora's in Ironwood. The crepes were indeed huge, and the place looked bright and sunny for children! I had one with mounds of fresh fruit (strawberries / kiwis / bananas / oranges) plus chocolate spread - Jen's Wayne and Vanessa were surprised that I finished it! Talked about health issues, brain aneurysms, brain tumors, Canada Day, memory issues, treatment, Ladner, sourdough toast, jam, screenshots, latex / gelatin allergies, smoking, gas prices, personal stuff, banking, homemade soap (winter mint / vanilla?), Victoria, spina bifida, 50 SHADES OF GREY, 7-11, Segways, walking, Richmond Centre, and more. It was nice seeing Jen and Wayne again, for sure!

I had to get hand cream at Bath & Body Works since we went to Richmond Centre later... it was 3 for $10, when they're normally $5 each for a little 59 mL tube! Midnight Pomegranate, Fresh Lemon, and White Citrus... :D Since we were there, I also went to Sears again to get more JESSICA knee socks - 3 for $10! Went to EB Games to see if Vanessa could find BUST-A-MOVE... nope, but I did see OBLIVION for $14.99! Not that I play that game, but it was just interesting to note. :P Kim went to Tim Horton's to get a raspberry lemonade before they dropped me off.

August 2012 BBT Tally / CHINESE ERIC / Panties!

I called Chinese Eric at 12:30 since I thought he'd called me, but "BLOCKED CALL" could mean anything! At least he answered the phone, and we had a good brief convo which made me feel better! I said that I'd seen Nathan TWICE already while he's been in town, and Eric wondered what was up with that guy since he never responded to his calls or emails! Nate IS a busy guy, with family dinners and work and who knows what else! I relayed the FAT DRAGON on MONDAY message from Jon to Eric, who said he'd have to see since the family friends STILL aren't out of town yet, but they DID just get back from the States! Says he'll call me on Saturday or Sunday to figure stuff out, which DEFINITELY sounds TERRIFIC! :D

Went to Sears at 2:05 to get some dark on-sale Jessica IMAGE panties, too. Also got Jessica knee socks, at three for $10. While I was at the mall, some East Indian kid smiled at me; he couldn't have been more than maybe nine or ten. Cute! Had to purchase some Always pads at Shoppers, and a watermelon bubble tea at Big Orange. I then thought of getting some cheap blank cards, but London Drugs / the dollar store / Shoppers didn't have them. Hallmark Cards had a 99ยข card section, but there were no blank cards. After scrounging through the "Thinking of You" subsection, I found one design that would be suitable for a baptism card application if ever I needed it, so I got the last eleven on the shelf. ("Sending you warm thoughts to brighten your day and lighten your heart" works! :P The "congratulations" cards almost never work if you want to use them for a non-Easter baptism!) I also found some seriously on-sale BUG 'EM! bees and ladybugs there (from $7.95 to $1.95?!), so got the last ladybug for myself, and a bee for white Eric's birthday which is next week. Yeah, they're more suitable for kids, but whatever works! Managed to cram everything into my purse (minus the garbage), and got home by 3:40!

Speaking of white Eric, he just called to see if I were going to the board games night: NO! I need my privacy! Also, I took the opportunity to rant to him about Randal's presumptuous emails. I don't want to hear anything more about SETTLERS OF CATAN or a guys' night out! JFC, people. I'm about to go back to the weekly tradition!

MONTHLY BUBBLE TEA TALLY, AUGUST 2012 (2)

pudding @ Dragon Ball (Thursday, Aug. 16) [free, thanks to Chinese Eric!]

DEADLY MASQUERADE, Borongo, Kabochi, and TORMENT!

Barry picked me up early for banking and food shopping, but we encountered much traffic on the way to the banks. We discussed crossword clues, Isaac Asimov, I ROBOT, a "swain," Shakespeare, life updates, and more. When I was finally at the store, I saw Deadly Masquerade: A True Story of Sexual Secrets, Illicit Passion, and Murder (Donita Woodruff) on sale for $5, so I bought it. Also got blackberry juice, on-sale Sunny D, replacement nail clippers, on-sale Palmolive replacement detergent (pomegranate / lavender / orange), replacement Nottingham bread, soy milk x3 (one in chocolate!), strawberry Olympic Greek yogurt, butter, wildberry juice, bananas, on-sale banana and chocolate oatmeal breakfast bars, and Motts Spicy Clamato. Went home and paid my Internet bill - there will be ANOTHER increase?! HOLY HELL. Now I gotta get ready to go to Deb and Dylan's pretty soon, so I can play with baby Declan!

After they find Papas' Sword and Borongo in the Western Cave, the DRAGON QUEST V party goes back to Kabochi to collect the other half of the 3000G reward. Borongo has been terrorizing the village crops, and this little kid says that he KNOWS the Hero is a jungle boy!

CONTACT WITH CHINESE ERIC! / Yes or no / Nuns / Handsome / Reinhart peace

Managed to finally make contact with Chinese Eric at 12:45, but he was heading out again since the uncles and such were in town. I said that if he called me at 4 AM, I would definitely not be answering the phone, haha! Yes, I can definitely understand his being tired and such after getting home from being out all day and taking a shower. MSN or a phone call would be good - just maybe not tomorrow evening since I have these tentative plans with Dylan and Deb! Tonight, maybe! Also called Barry about forty minutes later; tomorrow at 1:30 it is!

This Santa Rosa nun is overjoyed at seeing Papas again: "Ah, God must truly be watching over you to bring you back to us!"

Papas then tells her like it is: "Blah blah... save that talk for church! This is no time to be speaking like that!" (I'd say that to my friends, also!)

Papas going the wrong way through the tunnel leading to Reinhart!!!

A fellow slave is propositioning the hero! "It must have been so rough for you... if there's anything I can do to help you forget that pain, just ask..." OH MY. o_O

This old man in the Oracle Valley pub at night wants us to try the "disgusting" food, though he says the ale is good. "What? It was good?! That's unbelievable... what have your parents been feeding you?" Prince Henry and the hero have been slaves for ten years, so it's better than slave rations!

A nun at the nameless nunnery by the sea: "Oh? What an unexpected visitor we have. But... your face? What troubles you, Sire?" YES and NO are not answers to that! (we need Maria's help to open the door of the southern tower!)

After we restore peace to the land of Reinhart, we can go to the inn at night. This Bunny Girl offers us a puff puff since we're so handsome!

This old man in the tunnel to Reinhart has been watching the river currents for ten years, and says that Reinhart is back to normal because he wished it so! Hahaha!

Yazmine, Gold Orb, Borongo, older self, pink death

Barry called me, so I updated him on the past month as I was going to last week. He says it's horrible news - oh yes. Says I should call him tomorrow if I want to set up a shopping appointment, so I'll do that. Also emailed Chinese Eric, heh. I'm having sudden flashbacks to how that perfidious blackguard Yazmine Loquia ended our friendship in May 2005 over fifty cents at Kalamata Taverna! YIKES!

The DRAGON QUEST V little boy hero meets himself as an older man in Santa Rosa village, and his older version wants to see his Gold Orb!

Hey, it's Borongo and Bella in the Faerie Village!

Your hero doesn't know how to read the sign in Reinhart Castle town yet!

This is what it looks like when you're dead in DRAGON QUEST V, or "fainting." PINK! (this is against Gema in the Cave Northeast of Reinhart, before your father dies)

Grandma appetite, pork cheek, Nathan, happy Ayler, and chips

Mom complained that I was late, but they never called before leaving... then again, I had to post placeholders and such! Ran out of time to do everything that I wanted to, as well. However, I wouldn't have traded the lunch with baby Ayler and Grandma for that! Mom was nicer on the phone with Steph, OF COURSE. I tried helping with Grandma at Dogwood, but ended up pushing the surprisingly heavy wheelchair out the door; Steph said that I'd left the brakes on! Whoops! Went to the Grand Honour Restaurant for lunch - Jon, Harmony, Ayler, and Nathan were late as well, so it was FINE! Had pork cheek, noodles, HA-GOW, SIU MAI, duck, green beans, spicy sauce, soup, and more for lunch; Grandma had a very good appetite and just went for the beans like they were all hers! Steph found out that Neil Armstrong died, and it was great to see Nathan while he was in town! Talked about the happy baby Ayler (who seemed interested in Nathan, and grabbed my finger), Brian and Amy's wedding, yucca root tea, Uncle Eric, FLAMINGO restaurant, Havarti (the baby is older than the dog by two days), Thursday's dinner, Uncle Michael and Aunt Leslie coming in two weeks on September 6, "nasty" emails, and more.

By the time I got home at 3 (after Island Farms ice cream from Langara), Mom had given me Doritos chips (Sweet Chili Heat / Nacho Cheese); Cheetos; jalapeno cheese slices; peanuts; candy; funeral home mints; blackberry jam; Safeway chocolate chip cookies. I was going to go out and get the cards for Julie C. and Jeremy Y., but figured I should finish up stuff first. Checked my email, where Randal had given me advice to BE A BITCH when asking for drugs to make the pain go away for Big G. Also checked my phone to discover that Eric had called; seems he has to be at church at 9 (?!) because he signed up to help Stanford for Phil's farewell lunch tomorrow. Aiya! Guess I'll have to live with it! Finally managed to get out the door so I could buy on-sale index cards, much-needed milk, and blank cards for Julie C. / Jeremy Y.'s baptism tomorrow. Since I'll be at church anyway, I might as well...

A&W Teen Burger Cruising / Ragnar and Izmit children fun

Vania reminded me about the A&W "Cruising for a Cause" promotion against Multiple Sclerosis by inviting me and others to the Facebook event, so I went to the one in Richmond Centre. TEEN BURGERS, AHOY! I also got Rainbow Chips Ahoy at Shoppers Drug Mart since they were on sale for $2 each, getting rid of a bunch of change in the process. Saw a cute curious baby on the bus, too. :D

Ragnar saves the Izmit children, and goes back to Burland. One of his fellow soldiers wants to take credit, and says the same thing whether you say YES or NO to his question: "I was only kidding. You're so naive!"

Then Ragnar goes to the King with the children in tow, who says: "You must take the children back to Izmit Village. I will hear your story later. Go now, Ragnar."

Ice Wine Chocolates! / You should have babies after getting married...

Visited Grandma briefly (she was watching old English movies), and went to the People's Drug Mart across the street from Dogwood to get a new pencil case (since my old one got really wet) and those ice wine chocolates that I'd seen last week: one for me, one for Chinese Eric, and one for Harmony. I'm sure Harmony will like them, haha! FAVORITE HOS, indeed! Unfortunately, the Canucks pencil case I got was too small for my stuff, so I went to London Drugs instead. (the Oakridge Zellers didn't have what I was looking for) Good thing that their purses and such were on sale, as I managed to get one which wasn't ridiculously huge for a "wallet"! When I got home, I put the chocolates in the fridge - thank goodness I didn't have to worry about them melting like I would have last week in the heat! Eve May added me to Facebook, too - WHEE! Then again, Daniel Lawlor unfriended me... oh well?

Grandma, on life stages after I reminded her that my brother has an infant son (she seems not to remember meeting him EVER): "Of course your brother has a baby! He got married, so he should have one by now!" HAHAHAHA!

WINTER LIGHT, 80s bands, arugula, and Rice Krispie Squares

Bused to Jeremy's after getting REALLY immersed in gaming stuff (and went to Shoppers Drug Mart at Kingsgate Mall - saw Halloween candy displays / rainbow candy Rice Krispie Squares [I bought 40 in a box] / a 4-pack of Skor bars), where I met him / Eric / Christon / Jon / Pastor Bob. To my surprise, I saw Randal there! We had gazpacho, arugula salad, chicken, frozen yogurt, and different sorts of beer. Discussed influential bands, olive oil, New Order (Eric hadn't heard their songs!), Sonic Youth, Radiohead, Usher, sexy songs, the Smiths, Duran Duran, RED DWARF, Nirvana, Hong Kong and Cantopop, the Cure, INXS, Devo, Yaz, R.E.M., Human League, Depeche Mode, Tears for Fears, Christon / Sam / Emily being considered "old" by Timothy Fellowship standards, and more. Winter Light was set between two church services on one afternoon: suicide, cruel words, love, relationships, gossip, and religious crises - OH MY! After Eric drove Jon home, we talked about characters / existence / sleeping. Interesting!

Italian Tomato, outdoor mats, Douglas Park, and GOOD FOOD

I was going to visit Grandma briefly before going to meet Eric at Langara Station, but Jon said to bring a mat to sit on. Since I didn't have one, I went to the dollar store / Sears / London Drugs to see if they had anything like that. London Drugs DID, but it was more like a balcony mat - whatever, I wasn't picky at that point since I was running out of time! We went to Douglas Park to meet Jon, Harmony, and Ayler. This was after we went to Dragon Ball to pick up bubble tea. Jon paid Eric back for his order of something fruity (mango) - half sugar - coconut jelly for Harmony, and something adventurous (red bean and longan) - half sugar - pearls for himself. I didn't have cash, so Eric paid... he also got taro, and I got a pudding. Mr. Dragon Ball was still there!

Jon, Harmony, Eric, and I talked about baby Ayler, parenthood, the bright yellow color of Eric's shirt, my Canucks shirt, Grandma and her eye not being quite open, Steph, Lisa, the puppy, life updates, construction, Nathan, Desmond, and more. When Eric held the baby, Ayler started crying! Edwin and Jane showed up with baby Rebecca, and both babies started fussing and crying when they looked at each other! Talked about Brian and Amy's wedding next week, Amy finding the ring before the proposal, Norman, Sean, children's concerts (one was in the background!), and more. Eric and I left earlier than they did because of the sun and a bit of hunger. We talked about Kingspark Seafood House, but I wanted to see if we could find that Italian Tomato place which Eliza recommended to me months ago. As it turned out, we did - but not after some creative driving and turns of phrase! No, I don't mind if he swears!

Discussed Grandma, pasta, his cousins not being babies anymore, pizza, mushrooms, chicken, spicy Italian sausage, shrimp, life, chilling, Price Smart, sports, the Blue Jays, BEYOND BELIEF, curses, paying me back if I paid by debit, his friends getting married and having kids, the lockout possibility, and more. Of course I didn't mind if he stopped by Price Smart briefly to see if he could find stuff for his grandma! He didn't, but he still opted to chill for a bit back at my place. Conversed about new books, Uganda and Gay Pride, CRACKED articles, cash, Halloween and Christmas stuff in stores already, the guestbook, and more. When he left about an hour later at 10:30, Yvonne had emailed me and Jon some contact info for her and her siblings. I finally managed to reply to Steve's email, too... it's been almost three weeks, man! Things keep on happening around here!

Food Network with Grandma / Trail mix!

Grandma, on the Food Network: "They don't have to pay any money for the breakfast food. Are you hungry? You can eat this for free!"

Went to visit Grandma today for about an hour or so; for some reason, she thought I'd like to eat everything on the Food Network. Sure, but not now! She also asked why Jon wasn't there, said that she didn't want to eat fried chicken, objected to the open door (but it's HOT OUTSIDE!), and was all right just sitting in her wheelchair watching TV. When I left before everything on the Food Network made me want to eat everything on the screen (one show was even set in Vancouver!), she asked whether I wanted to sleep there! Nope, I had things to do! I figured I might as well visit her on Thursday instead of tomorrow since I'll be out anyway: I should be fine if I leave here by 4, and leave there by 5:30 to get to Langara Station on time. Hopefully, anyway...

Got some trail mix at the People's Drug Mart across the street as a slightly healthier edible birthday present for Chinese Eric, as I've been known to give him a metric buttload of chocolate before, most notably at Easter and maybe Christmas. I decided to combine that with the rest of the Werther's Originals since I can't / shouldn't eat the rest of those! (like HE should?! :P) Also got a Cadbury Dark Burnt Almond chocolate bar for my immediate consumption, since I was afraid it might melt in the heat. Went to London Drugs and got on-sale whiteout x3, on-sale Maltesers, on-sale chocolate coins for Eric, an on-sale mango / pineapple juice, and on-sale peanut butter truffle chocolate bars x2. (I'm keeping one of the truffle bars for myself, while the other can go to Chinese Eric) Put the stuff in the fridge when I got home, of course.

Yukinov, Soo Indians, Alefgard tunnel, and TO BE CONTINUED

This is the village of the Soo, and these are the "Indians" there: "This my horse. You like horse, eh?"

There's a tunnel connecting the lands of Kol with those of Rimuldar in DRAGON WARRIOR 1's version of Alefgard, the World of Darkness. However, it hasn't been completed yet in DRAGON WARRIOR 3, so these people are digging quickly since they want to get to Rimuldar!

Zoma DEFEATED!

Your status changes from "Hero" to "Erdrick" upon Zoma's defeat, and everyone else can take a turn at leading everyone against Zoma!

After you defeat the Master Archfiend Zoma, even these horses at Hauksness (which is destroyed by the time the events of DRAGON WARRIOR 1 come around) get in on congratulating you: "Hip, hip, neigh!"

In Cantlin, this weapons shop owner has decided on a name for his unborn child: Yukinov. It will be passed on through generations!

When you find Kandar in Tantegel, he says "From now on, let me call you boss!" (same with the prisoner in Rimuldar)

"TO BE CONTINUED IN DRAGON WARRIOR 1"

SWORD OF KINGS! / Fee non-payment at Houses of Healing

Got to talk with Chinese Eric for a few minutes earlier; I told him to go back to eating his dinner, but he wouldn't listen to me immediately. :D At least I know he's not available for that "Food and Film" thing next week, since family friends are coming into town! It doesn't matter when he calls me back - I know he's busy with appointments and grandma-related stuff. So am I... well, minus the appointments!

If you decide not to pay the fee for various services at the Houses of Healing in DRAGON WARRIOR III, the guy who detoxicates / uncurses / revives your party members will lecture the survivors! "The donation is a token of gratitude and respect! Ingrates! You should be ashamed not to give anything!"

There is a SWORD OF KINGS in the DW3 town of Kol - it's not just EARTHBOUND! (you first have to get Oricon from the Hauksness stables, then sell it to the swordsmith from Jipang)

Dwarves are my friend / "Hi, COME IN"

Eric just called, and I just got up - must leave. BLAH!

In Aliahan, you can rest at your house for free. Your mother says that your friends can come in and rest, too... but they're already inside! HAHAHA!

Once you're at the Navel of the Earth near Lancel, the faces on the wall in the basement shout messages at you like "Turn back!" No! I want to get the Blue Orb!

After you expose the "King" of Samanao as a fake (and restore the real king to his throne), the castle guards are a LOT nicer to you! You don't have to go in through the service entrance at the side anymore! "Hi, you guys! Come in! Come in!"

You get the Staff of Change from the Boss Troll (fake king), and you can use it at the Elven Village near Noaniels. The shopkeeper won't sell to you if you're in human form, but she will if you're a dwarf. (or all wearing Animal Suits won from Vampire Cats / Catulas) This girl says: "The dwarf is my friend."

Defeating EIGHT Metal Slimes! / Whiteout, hand sanitizer, and pens!

When I called Eric at 2 to say I'd go to the BBQ, Ron told me that he was already at church! Oh well... since I wanted to go out anyway, I went to Staples briefly in the hot weather. Got mini hand sanitizer x12 (replacing mine from Elections Canada which Eric gave me last May), whiteout x6, and Z-Grip blue pens x48. I also got 20 bonus pens in various colors, so that should do me for some time. Didn't trust the Xeno gel pens, heh. Saw Roberta on the bus (which I just managed to get) as I was going home, as well.

I defeated EIGHT Metal Slimes around Samanao! (with the help of a "flaming breath" code) 11,040 EXPERIENCE POINTS FOR EACH CHARACTER! :D

Saying goodbye to Yvonne, vase breaking, and Havarti

Good thing I checked my trash folder this morning, since Mom has stated that Yvonne is leaving soon, and I could go to Dogwood to see Grandma and say goodbye to Yvonne. That lined up with my own plans - thank goodness I finished copying and pasting enemy names to my draft posts at 2:30 AM, and finally finished the tag lists at 3 PM! Finally finished the bagels and wafers, along with the FARMHOUSE rice. Called Steph to advise her of my plans; I'm sure I'll meet their new dog Havarti soon, even if Big G didn't like the dog licking her face in greeting! My vase from Elizabeth (which I've been using to store laundry money) broke, too! I've had that for more than ten years! Managed to buy a clear case at the drug mart across the street from Dogwood, which was less than $1.75 - very affordable!

Saw Yvonne, William, and Andrea in Big G's room with Mom - Grandma was trying on some new shoes in her wheelchair. Talked a bit to Andrea, who said they'd gone to Whistler and did some shopping, and were leaving tomorrow at 1. I'm sure she was bored, but there's nothing to be done about that. Took some photos, and tried getting Grandma to walk a few steps; that would have been fine, except she fell down! Luckily, Dad was there to grab her! Andrea gave me a piece of peach Hi-Chew candy, prompted by her mom. I told her that I'd save it for later, heh. An angry person is living there who has an infectious disease... AIYA! When we said bye to Grandma (who thought she was in a hotel or at home - a floating hotel!), Yvonne was crying afterwards. That totally makes sense! At least I got a ride home; Mom wants me to go visit Big G at least once a week, which of course I shall do! Now. it's back to DRAGON WARRIOR III!

Big appetites! / Bugerror Rosemary / July 2012 BBT Tally

A while after returning home, I went to Big Orange to have a blueberry bubble tea.

Foods vendor in the Reindeer department store, where the party has gone to buy bread (for Crumbs to track their progress) before tackling the Rosemary Manor in Halloween: "You know, you look like you have a big appetite." Gee thanks, lady! *sarcasm*

After you go through Rosemary Manor, this kid is renamed after you: "My name is NINTEN. It used to be Bugerror Rosemary, though." His mother calls you a brave boy, heh.

Big stupid zombie head from the cemetery!

In the MOTHER 1 town of Mother's Day, I tell this guy that I'm a zombie, then get called "a big stupid zombie head" before he runs off!

At the burger place, NINTEN encounters one of his old classmates! "Aren't you NINTEN, that snot-nosed kid who sat next to me in kindergarten? Or are you someone else?" Hey, I'm going to SAVE THE WORLD! Watch what you say!

At the store, the clerk asks if you need to return any items. Saying "no" gets you "Whew... what a relief" in response, hahaha!

Hippie used a Megaphone! "You're a disgrace to your mom!" HAHAHAHA, these enemy "attacks" are hilarious!
