NED KELLY, baby Declan grabbing my hat, and distractions!

I had to wait a while for the 407, but it took me to Deb and Dylan's with no problem at all. Got there and instantly started playing with baby Declan (who's 18 pounds - Ayler is fifteen pounds at three months!), while half-watching BEING ERICA. At nine months old, he tried stealing my hat multiple times - I didn't let him touch it too much, haha! He made a lot of spluttering noises, and tried to talk to us; cute! We talked about our days, whether it was hard work being a baby ("they don't share their food, and tell me when to sleep!"), reading baby books, baby Ayler, Steph, Lisa, Vegas (Dylan knows they got married from FB), work venting, toys, steak / salad / cheesecake / ice cream / veggies / kimchi, Grandma, exercise, life insurance, and more. Also watched NED KELLY and some of CENTER STAGE on Netflix... I think I needed the gunfire and violence to take my mind off certain personal things!

Interesting stories - haven't watched a dance movie in more than four years! Got home to find that my parents had called me about tomorrow - I guess 4:30 should be fine if they want to see Big G! We've told her that Uncle Michael is coming, but she doesn't seem enthusiastic about it; we do know she's tired a lot, though. I bet Mom doesn't want to bump into Uncle Michael, haha. Personally, I don't mind if I do! On another note, it's a good thing that Chinese Eric didn't call me; I got home at 10:15, which might be late. Won't be able to call him till maybe Friday, but if people are still in town, I might have to wait till Tuesday. Can I do that?! YIKES! I love him (not in that way!), and this is really bad. At least I know HE isn't like certain other people I could name! Jon also emailed us (me / Harmony / Steph / Nate) about some restaurant in the Downtown Eastside called FAT DRAGON which apparently is a Chinese BBQ / Southern BBQ fusion, and he thinks he's willing to make this an early birthday dinner for me. Hahaha, we'll see about that!

DEADLY MASQUERADE, Borongo, Kabochi, and TORMENT!

Barry picked me up early for banking and food shopping, but we encountered much traffic on the way to the banks. We discussed crossword clues, Isaac Asimov, I ROBOT, a "swain," Shakespeare, life updates, and more. When I was finally at the store, I saw Deadly Masquerade: A True Story of Sexual Secrets, Illicit Passion, and Murder (Donita Woodruff) on sale for $5, so I bought it. Also got blackberry juice, on-sale Sunny D, replacement nail clippers, on-sale Palmolive replacement detergent (pomegranate / lavender / orange), replacement Nottingham bread, soy milk x3 (one in chocolate!), strawberry Olympic Greek yogurt, butter, wildberry juice, bananas, on-sale banana and chocolate oatmeal breakfast bars, and Motts Spicy Clamato. Went home and paid my Internet bill - there will be ANOTHER increase?! HOLY HELL. Now I gotta get ready to go to Deb and Dylan's pretty soon, so I can play with baby Declan!


After they find Papas' Sword and Borongo in the Western Cave, the DRAGON QUEST V party goes back to Kabochi to collect the other half of the 3000G reward. Borongo has been terrorizing the village crops, and this little kid says that he KNOWS the Hero is a jungle boy!

Pureed food, Grandma, Baby Dragon, Vanessa, and Deb

Visited Grandma for a bit: she said the food wasn't very good (but it's pureed!), and said I could order stuff if I was hungry. Once again, your residence is NOT a hotel, hahaha! I had to feed her some of her salmon / veggies dinner before she decided she could do it herself, but she said she wanted to sleep first since she was very tired. I asked if she had seen the baby, and she surprisingly acknowledged meeting Baby Dragon Ayler! Then I told her that Uncle Michael would be coming soon, but she didn't seem very excited. Oh well.

Got home to take a shower and do some laundry, then Vanessa said hi on MSN / YM. She wants to go to Ironwood on Sunday with her friend Kim, who's going on the ferry from Victoria just to eat at Cora's, hahaha! Good thing I don't have to be at church, eh? I called Deb about tomorrow, and she called me back - sure, I can get there after 4 and my food shopping. Should be doable from Gilbert, anyway... 407? She says I can stay for dinner, and then Dylan can take me home!

CONTACT WITH CHINESE ERIC! / Yes or no / Nuns / Handsome / Reinhart peace

Managed to finally make contact with Chinese Eric at 12:45, but he was heading out again since the uncles and such were in town. I said that if he called me at 4 AM, I would definitely not be answering the phone, haha! Yes, I can definitely understand his being tired and such after getting home from being out all day and taking a shower. MSN or a phone call would be good - just maybe not tomorrow evening since I have these tentative plans with Dylan and Deb! Tonight, maybe! Also called Barry about forty minutes later; tomorrow at 1:30 it is!


This Santa Rosa nun is overjoyed at seeing Papas again: "Ah, God must truly be watching over you to bring you back to us!"

After we restore peace to the land of Reinhart, we can go to the inn at night. This Bunny Girl offers us a puff puff since we're so handsome!




This old man in the tunnel to Reinhart has been watching the river currents for ten years, and says that Reinhart is back to normal because he wished it so! Hahaha!

JIRO DREAMS OF SUSHI / Sleeping in!

Eric picked me up, and we were at Dylan's shortly; he saw Randal in front of us, and pointed this out. I had no idea about that! There were a lot of people over; I talked to Connie, Wesley, Vicky, Raymond, Jon, Karen, Lincoln, baby Declan, Dylan, Deb, Cindy, Randal, and Geoffrey about Grandma updates, toys, alone time, the sushi documentary (JIRO DREAMS OF SUSHI - he's 88 years old and still works every day!), Facebook, Ayler, the dinner last Sunday which I didn't hear about till the next day, old potato salad, beer, chicken, chips, the baby wanting glasses or pants, fans, and more. It was getting pretty warm, yeah. On the way home, Eric said that his family is visiting Kieran in the States for at least a couple of days, so he probably won't be going to church on Sunday. I exulted at the chance to sleep in, and he said I could call my parents (whom I've seen too much of in recent days) / Sam / Ivan. NOPE! Discovered that I'd missed a call at 7:30 from Chinese Eric - DAMMIT! I WAS AFRAID OF THIS.

Sober / drunk convos, omelettes, discharges, and Kaiser bread

Replied to Mandy's email before I went to bed last night and before I had a "sober / drunk" conversation. Lillian picked me up at 8:50, saving me from further awkward analysis of that interaction! We got to the hospital, and tried convincing Grandma to eat some oatmeal. She thought she was at home, since she wondered where Jon was and who would cook! The discharge to Dogwood went well, and yes, we hope never to see those people again! I went to a café across the street called Dylan's (hahaha), and had an omelette with toast and hash browns while dumping all my change on them; I also brought back a breakfast sandwich for Lillian. She later tried telling me to take it myself, but I'm not a fan of Kaiser bread. We had to see Mom and Dad later, but I elected to go home with Lillian. Good thing, too - I needed some time alone, and also had to call white Eric to make arrangements for tonight. Sure, I could walk to Dylan and Deb's, but it's really hot out!

Custard jelly, fluids, spicy squid, and different words

This morning, Lillian picked me and my mom up. We went to the hospital, where Grandma was sleeping. Then they rehashed the family drama, but I guess it was good. Grandma actually had some custard today, plus laxatives and fluids. I gave Lillian my email address as I'd planned. Mom and I went to London Drugs and then to the Golden Great Wall for lunch - HOT AND SOUR SOUP PLUS SPICY SQUID AND NOODLES! Then we went to Starbucks to get coffee plus a snack for Lillian, even though she wasn't hungry. We decided to leave at about 3 since Grandma was sleeping anyway. The doctor told Mom something a bit different than what we'd heard on Friday - "inoperable" and "tumor spreading" were not words that were used that night! Lillian drove me home after I picked my stuff up from the townhouse; she'll call me tomorrow to see what the plans are since my mom might want to alternate times. I'm good either way, really. If I'm making it out to sushi night / sushi movies at Dylan's on Friday, I might just go in the morning. Got home and talked briefly to both Vanessa (MSN) and Talia (AIM) - it's good. Now I can have some alone time after paying my phone bill!

Starbucks / CALM not COME / Paladin in Mysidia! / Fat Chocobo / Cagnazzo

Replied to another one of Mandy's emails before settling in to work on my messy FB bestiary albums, and that went a little quicker than I may have originally thought - nice! Vanessa got on MSN to advise me of Starbucks and their free drinks promotion today; I knew about that, and it was cool. Deb finally emailed me back about baby Declan, since she and Dylan had had relatives from California visiting for the last bit. "We can aim for August when things COME down," she wrote... I believe she meant "CALM" down, haha. Too bad the baby's been sick and clingy since Wednesday, though!

Someone named January H. added me from the Puckheads - interesting! I thought that Kaitlin had a VANYA RAINA alterego, but upon further investigation, I don't think it's her. This person has Reeha as a mutual friend, and I only thought it was Kaitlin because she went by "Vanya Rasputin" before on FB. Oh well, the person's now been blocked because I feel like it. :P [Eric also tried to get me out of here, but I'm not sure how well that's going to work!]

Everyone in Mysidia hated Cecil as a Dark Knight, since he forcibly took their Water Crystal at the beginning of the game. After you become a Paladin, this guy in the armor shop has the funniest reaction: "I told you, you can't use the armor here until you become... a paladin... ? When did you... ? How... ?"

Everyone picked me up at about 5:30 after I was able to get some gaming in, and got to listen to Mom complain about work for most of the ride over to the restaurant. Steph, Lisa, Eric, and I just grabbed the nearest table - in the back - after saying hi to Auntie Gloria / Uncle Richard / Auntie Wing Yee / Uncle Joe / Alan / Polly / others. Talked to Phil, Grace, Alan, Tracy, Dylan, Deb, Myles, Brittney, Peter, Holly, Jeremy, Randal, and others about duck / pork / hot and sour soup / the jazz festival / Eunice / Eddie / Grandma's long-term care home and confusion / Myles and Brittney's September wedding / syringe feeding (it's CLEAN, Auntie!) / technology / phones / Whistler Tough Mudder / Lisa's one-month ban on practically anything sweet / holding the sleeping baby / my seeing Declan since Dylan and Deb are so close / Vegas / Ayler crying / gifts / translation. Also conversed about today's meeting, time, crispy rice, shrimp, presentation, veggies, pregnancy, seeing Grandma while the lards are in Russia, cards, the baby gaining two ounces a day, confused old people, horses, getting the baby used to noise, and more. On the way home, I got to see the security procedures at the old age place, and figured I'd wait till I got the DF email to see what we were doing on Friday. Good times!

Family meetings are 500 hours long, man!

Found myself awake at 8:40 this morning, so I perforce decided to go to church, even though the family meeting afterwards would probably last 500 hours on a day where we had DINNER afterwards! Ugh. Eric called me and put on a weird voice, but I told him that it was NOT endearing! When he picked me up, he asked if I hated British accents in the morning - shit's not funny when you've only had five or six hours of sleep, man! Discussed curling, ice expense, religious / rock music, commercials, the misspelling of "INDESCRIBABLE" on a bus ad, tonight's ride plans, the new pastor (not "Ann Williams"!), joking death threats, and more on the way to church. Got to church, where it was Auntie Rebecca's last sermon ever at VCEFC; Zoe kinda shared something about Awana, too. Later, I told Jon that whoever put the little Kleenex box on a pew was a genius (since I needed one right then) - he said that he'd moved it, and I couldn't retract what I said! Then I asked how the baby was - Ayler had been fussy and crying when he left this morning! (sounds about right from what happened on Friday) Auntie Rebecca said she'd seen lots of photos of me on Facebook; not surprised! I waste no time with those when I can!

Said hi to Amanda (CHIPS AHOY), Martin, Danny, Geoffrey (birth news / BBQ / rainy weather on Friday / Facebook / baby pictures), Vivian (her mom's invited tonight!), Alan and Polly (they're coming tonight - I had a ride home from church), Jeremy, Anita, Jeff, Allison, Joanna, Nathan, Uncle Peter, Auntie Ying, Esther, Harley, and others after service. After little Joanna played with Mike K. for a while, he asked me how it was like to be an aunt. Dude, I feel old... and of course we had to make sure that Jon wasn't joking about Harmony's pregnancy when he announced it to us since he DOES joke around a lot! Yeah, I'll get used to it for sure! Went upstairs after a bit; I told Chris Lam that I had received the Awana BBQ email, and he said he'd look into it! I'm sure he wants to know for general security reasons, heh.

I saw Auntie Catherine, Rachel's grandma, Danny, Lanie, Hymn, Mattias, Marcus, Jessie, Ramen, Shira, David, Evelyn (who called things "stupid"), and Ashley during Toddler Sunday School. Talked about aunthood, rules, crackers, coloring pictures, crayons, apple gum, aunthood, toys, cars, holding them, hamsters, and more. Ramen seemed to like Marcus, at least. Got downstairs afterwards, where Auntie Ada offered me a dry ham and cheese sandwich - I saw a bunch of other people standing around and eating them, so that's what I also did. Made sure that my parents knew Eric's number so they can call him later, and talked to a confused Grandma for a couple of minutes. She thought that I was going with them for lunch, and also that the one-month banquet didn't exist! I said hi to little Sean, and admired his blue dragon metal shirt - it is COOL, man! Shook hands with Uncle Johnny, and said hi to Auntie Paula / Joe / Helen. Stanley and I entertained baby Marcus for a while, too. Saw Gavin, Nathan, Nathaniel, Abigail, and more kids clustered around an iPad playing games (or HELLO KITTY coloring books) to keep them entertained during the long family meeting with Pastor Dan and his wife Sharon - good strategy! Auntie Ada offered me ANOTHER sandwich since they had lots left over; Margaret declined one, although I said not to feel bad, hahaha. Wrote tag prompts myself to try keeping awake, although I fell asleep once. (I'd fallen asleep twice during service, heh)

Talked to Jeremy briefly about tonight: he's going, and has no idea where the restaurant is. I told him that it's on Kingsway, but I didn't know anything more (even the name) since my parents were picking me and Eric up! He figured that I didn't need to know then, but he should reread his email before he leaves - so agreed! Met Dylan on our way out at around 2:55, and we briefly discussed tonight's dinner. I had no idea that it was apparently traditional to wear red to these things (having only been to one other, for David's son Ian back in 2005) - Dylan goes to them all the time for Deb's family! He had to go back to Richmond and pick Deb up for this thing, which doesn't surprise me. Eric and I discussed recent James developments, my being "drunk," what we'd do till 5:15 or so (my plans involve a coherent blog post, while his involve braziers and torches - GAMING!), the sunny weather, traffic, and more on the way home.

HOG SHACK, ribs, cornbread, Corey, and INTERVENTION

Jon got to the townhouse after teaching, and we went to meet Eric at the Hog Shack soon after. I was able to wish Corey a happy birthday via MSN before we left, and got a "thanks" message when I got home - YAY! We talked about forgiveness, Paul, making a sacrifice in eating candy, beer, Jeremy and Fred staying at the Whip for at least four hours yesterday night, grudges, ribs / cornbread / salmon / rice / chicken / burgers in five minutes, curling / ice sheets / Dylan / Randal / real-life interaction (not this Friday), my being red, pizza, Harmony, airport delays, and more. The food was pretty good, although the Canucks lost 2-0 to the Wild in a mostly boring game, no thanks to an empty-net goal in the last 30 seconds! Went back to the townhouse, where we ate oranges and listened to a lot of swearing on INTERVENTION.

Talia, CHRISTINE, DEXTER, Gollum, and Eric / 5-3 loss to Buffalo

Cody Hodgson was back in Vancouver tonight, but as a Sabre. Roberto Luongo got pulled early when it was 3-0 for Buffalo six minutes into the game, and he didn't look like he was playing well. Talked to James and Talia briefly about CHRISTINE by Stephen King / DEXTER / early 4 AM work training hours and other things while the game was going on, and my focus so wasn't there! The game turned out to be a 5-3 loss... *sigh* Later, I half-watched LOTR: THE FELLOWSHIP OF THE RING and some TLC shows like DATELINE. I also talked to white Eric about stuff like Gollum / Dylan / Deb / worship ministry meetings / staying here tomorrow rather than facing the possibility of being stranded.

Starbucks with Randal = Paul discussion!

Randal called at 5 to say he was outside; I was mildly surprised he remembered where I live, but I guess the hospital IS an easy landmark if he works nearby! We ended up going to the Starbucks near Chapters, where he insisted on treating me to a double chocolate cookie and a mocha. I did try giving him a $20 to pay for it, though... and I *did* thank him for it, unlike CERTAIN OTHER people! Discussed decadent fudge bars, Valentine's Day, the Fellowship AGM tomorrow (our presence is needed for VOTING purposes!), our "not too bad" days, his dad going around Metrotown a lot, Teunis not talking to me anymore (Randal's sorry to hear that), Paul's shady past, Paul being two-faced, Jon speaking in glowing terms of Paul and his "changing," Amy, Ivan, Steph, and the North Shore church where Paul goes sometimes. We also talked about James ("a great friend - too bad he's in Texas, haha") helping me at Christmas after THAT INCIDENT, intuition, Bible Study, Connie, Paul, Deb, Dylan, baby Declan, Christon, his opinion of my email (he agrees with me), and a lot of personal stuff. At home, I "raped" my bank account by paying my hydro bill - at least I'm responsible! That hour or so only served to confirm my suspicions about both Mr. Creep AND Paul, actually!

Staying home is the best option if I'd be forced to be out all day otherwise!

Some stupid random person named Bill Jewett wanted me to add them to Facebook - I DON'T THINK SO! I tried calling Chinese Eric, but he wasn't available. Later, white Eric said on MSN that he'd be out all day with church, a worship meeting, and the Dine-In with the college people. Dylan and Deb were at Phyllis and Martin's wedding, but I didn't want to call them because I'd told Maxine that I wouldn't attend Deb's baby shower after all. Staying home sounded like the best option by FAR!

Eric thought that I would attend the dinner if Paul weren't there; this was the first I've heard of THAT! We discussed calling Ivan (no), ignoring Paul, the end times and the last Bible Study, bad singing, "YES!" seeming like I was excited, swearing, "heroes," forgiveness, letting him know about things, Sechelt, telepathy, senses, and more. Then Vanessa got on MSN to say that she wanted some more of the bread from Granville Island. We talked about her upcoming vacation, appointments, Wayne, her being really bored, special treatment, health issues, walking vs. busing, Libya, ships, meetings, and more. I'm not going to let certain people know that I forgive them in case they think the behavior is okay to repeat in future!

Vanessa, Goji Berry, Safeway, Galloway's, Granville Island, and new change purses

Before Vanessa picked me up at 11, I went from Level 75 to Level 91 in FINAL FANTASY 1, and also looked up the cost of renewing my BCID... $15 isn't that bad, haha. Thank goodness for cash! Vanessa and I talked about busing, Wayne, the Greek market on Broadway, Safeway, parking, Belgian water, Granville Island (pumpkin ale and orange Belgian Wit), Galloway's, pastries from Bon Ton Bakery, pain, Minerva's Greek market, how walking was for me, Chinese food, family stuff, Mom's stupid thoughts about a LOT, racism, black people, the Occupy Vancouver protest at the art gallery this afternoon, Europe, East Indians, white guys, disability, wine, childhood conditioning, her helping me (with heavy items) out of friendship (and NOT pity), fudge, peanut butter, prices going up, cinnamon mints, ouzo mints, doughnuts, her friends, Teunis, Krista, Ryan, syrup, chemicals, her wallet, olive bread, and vanilla air freshener vs. wild cherry air freshener. We also discussed congee, Chinese food, iced coffee (we both needed CAFFEINE!), hot soup, Dylan, Deb, stupid idiots (bad drivers and Paul), Jon / Harmony, white Eric vs. Chinese Eric (I should call him...), missions, being a relaxed Christian (swearing) vs. a super-devout one, her cousins, bible tripe, dumplings, spreadable butter, and steel-cut oats.

Conversed about wild blackberry Greek yogurt, lemon Greek yogurt (both by Liberté), my bus pass, having a cold winter, mountains, Mt. Baker, bakeries, toy cars, lupus, surgery, soy milk, chocolate milk, Oasis Health Break juices, orange juice, black cherry / blackberry juice, tea towels, hot flashes, ceramic mugs, moose, instant coffee, and more. I noticed the start of redrum, but it was okay. When I got home, I was there for five minutes before going out again to London Drugs to get on-sale Excel White gum x2 (since Safeway seemingly didn't have any) / Axe body spray (Phoenix) to get rid of certain smells / a new change purse which was less annoying than my dragon one and its inner material bunching up (worth paying $7.99 for a GOOD zipper vs. $4.99 for a stuck one, AND better than the $18 which the Smoking Lily charged!) / on-sale vanilla and brown sugar soap to remind me of Jeremy / on-sale apple juice / a 99-cent birthday card and inexpensive toy car for Mattias (he's 3!) / purple Goji Berry and Orchid Dial Nutri-Skin body wash / happy face stickers. I discovered that the usual elevator AND the stairs were both out of commission, but got home in time for the hockey game! Got home and threw some things away, then fit a pound of tortilla chips in a big Ziploc bag because the chip bag had a hole in it.

He's definitely dead to me!

I spent the ride to church venting and ranting to Eric, as per the usual. He tried telling me NOT to hold grudges against Paul, but I'm not going to forgive insults from an ex-con! Says that there's a Missions Conference on Friday, and then wondered at my ranting about inconveniences. Hey, it happens! When we got to church, I said thanks to Raymond since he handed me a bulletin, and then chose poorly when it came to sitting down except that it was with Jeremy, Mark, and their parents Doug and Laura. Good to see them from Kelowna for Thanksgiving! The reason I chose poorly was that it was behind Paul and his total tone-deaf singing (I don't know how Phil stood it!)... at least Vania and I bugged Nathan W. about his sister Natalie's Facebook status where he didn't know what "LB" meant, hahaha. One of Jon's friends (Beth) was the speaker, so I'll have to tell him about that later.

Said hi to Auntie Ying and Uncle Peter, Adam L. (gaming), Andrew L. (school and chilling), Mary, Hien, Auntie Catherine (thinking of her family / condolences), Chuck and Andrea (SURPRISE / belated birthday wishes getting together this week, which I doubt will happen!), Karen and Lincoln (apps and expensive business licenses / New York hat), Grace, and baby Micah. Also talked to Enoch, Amasiah (pumpkin pie), Jon C. (birthday wishes for today!), Frances / Isaac / little Micah (junk food / school), Lily, Christon (birthday card / Bible Study), Jeremy (birthday card / borrowing my Neil Strauss book), Deb, and more people afterwards. Eric tried telling me that Dylan had been playing piano - I didn't notice that, actually. However, I *did* notice that Mr. Creep wasn't there today - SO MUCH AWESOME! Eric later told me that he was sick; hey, that's great! Saw Jose and Shally back from their honeymoon, too. Gave Emily, Nina, and Gerard (who just added me to Facebook) a bunch of candy that I didn't want.

I went up to Toddler Sunday School (saying hi to Tim on the way), and saw Ada / a cheerful Mattias / Anastasia / Ramen / Shira (who talked!) / David / Evelyn / James / Brandon / Ashley / Lanie / Auntie Ying / Jessie / Danny. Discussed felts, toy cars, toy ice cream, tow trucks, SITTING DOWN, going to the washroom, holding hands, fighting, and more. Once I got out of there, I showed Dylan my phone bill as proof. He didn't have $2, and Calla said that Deb was out for lunch already with his parents. Acer didn't have the money, either - not that I'd expect HIM to do that, but Dylan did ask. Apparently, I said that Paul was dead to me in front of Dylan, which Eric caught and told me. Meh, it's perfectly fine! Eric and I talked about "ridiculous" notions, trust, judging, his being my foil tomorrow (YAY!), my "future lovers," talking in person vs. online, my weekly tradition, being friendly, Christmas tunes, video games, pasta for breakfast / lunch / dinner, drugs, being "drunk," being reasonable, the "libido" Thanksgiving Dinner, and more on the way home. At home, Vanessa said she still wants to go to Granville Island - it's doable! Now, it's time to immerse myself in FINAL FANTASY!

TALES OF PHANTASIA "action button" is ANNOYING! / Eric's not going - yay!

Played TALES OF PHANTASIA for a while last night; I loved the graphics, but that action button moving was way too flipping ANNOYING! Took a shower and did some laundry when I got up today; received an email from Eric, who can't make it out to Dylan and Deb's tonight since he hasn't been feeling well lately. OH NO! *sad face* He thought that I may be interested in coming out, but might need a ride. I replied back to say "THANK GOD! I need to vent about my week in my weekly tradition, and I haven't been interested in coming ever since Randal added Mr. Creep to the email exchange about this potluck!" PHEW! Deb wondered if I needed a ride, but I need the break from certain people even more!

Bleeding / Caller ID defenses! / Done BREATH OF FIRE II

For some reason, I was bleeding today when I took the toaster oven out - WTF? At least I checked my mail, and Janina had mailed a lovely birthday card! Calla sent me a Gmail chat message asking if Stanford were teasing me with riddles; er, no? Apparently, the message was meant for someone else; good deal, haha. Then Paul kept trying to call me, but my Caller ID defenses were UP! Later, Deb tried to call me as I was in the middle of a boss battle with Barubary from BREATH OF FIRE II, so I said I'd call her at 8 while clarifying last night. Hmph! At least that gave me time to FINALLY finish the game! :D

Deb and Dylan dropped by at 8:20 to pick up the jerk's stuff, and tried to change my mind about the potluck at their place tomorrow. I wasn't impressed with Randal's "incentive" of dancing naked, although Alan's reply of how he liked nudity and would like that show DOES sound like what he'd say! After they left, I settled into my usual routine of ignoring all phone calls. :D
