Eric Ho buzzed me on MSN just now; he's not going to Nate's movie night tomorrow because of blood work at the hospital. Totally understandable! He wanted to know if I could exchange my bowl (which he's had since January 7) for his 4GB USB storage drive since he needs to grab it - hahahaha, of course! A few minutes later, white Eric called me to say, "The answer is NO." Of course, I wondered what he was talking about and how he knew why I'd called him earlier. (Nate's movie night) He thinks that would be the only reason I would call on a Wednesday; I guess he knows me fairly well, haha. He's lucky I don't have time to rant at him about losing my excuses for tomorrow AND Sunday's Committee Meeting!

I also had a honeydew bubble tea at Big Orange while I was at the mall, just because. This afternoon, I had the LONGEST elevator ride EVER from doing the laundry, thanks to two little East Indian kids playing with the elevator buttons on the second and third floor - I should have just taken the damn stairs! After that, I accidentally washed my debit card / photo ID / Chapters card, probably making them non-working... UGH! Jeremy says Game 4 is at his place tomorrow, probably with pizza - I said I'd try to make it before 5:15, haha.

I emailed Eric a census question; he got back to me, but I had to wait for Teunis to get up first before I could formulate an answer to the email. UGH! (Eric IS right about Vanessa's graveyard shift at the radio station, though!) Luckily, he got up before noon! I told him about Eric's answer, and then he asked whether I'd seen a FF 10 walkthrough: not yet, so he assured me that it had a messed-up storyline. (I also told him to stop showing up in my dreams and yelling at me - he says he doesn't do that, but HE DID... TRUST ME!) Then again, Eric thinks I should see MEGA MAN; perhaps!

Thank GOD that Calla and Stanford's wedding is in the afternoon! Enough time to check online stuff is necessary! (Candace agrees!) Had a dream about quadruple Vicky Shourounis appearing around me (one of whom was smoking) at a baseball diamond - my mom tried convincing me to go on escalators in the building, but I was having none of it. I got to see the Pittsburgh Pirates take batting practice in their blue uniforms, and got to man their carrels of mail. No idea where that dream came from, and I certainly haven't been watching Alanis Morissette's IRONIC video (where she appears in quadruple) lately!

I got a call from Eric's phone number just now; of course I assumed it was him, so I answered the phone with "Yo." It turned out to be his mother Veronica! Hahahaha, oops! Says that the local Fort St. John radio station played the same N'Sync song five times in a row with two commercial breaks. I'm sure the station itself is utter crap just for playing N'Sync, hahaha.

Then I was totally shivering in my WARM bed at 6 AM or so. I felt better than I did last night, but still. Dunno what's with that! In fact, I stayed in bed about ten or fifteen minutes PAST my own alarm this morning, trying to determine if I'd be in sufficient shape to go to church today. Finally, I got out of bed, figuring that I didn't go on a HUGE BENDER or anything like Edwin and Alan used to do on Saturday nights. Right now, I feel less like dying! My brother would say I need to not gulp so much - probably a good piece of advice! Drank a bunch of water, too.

Once he got up, we talked about pay parking / storage / SFU / realizations sinking his grandiose plans for today / exhaustion / transcripts / butter / strawberry jam / pieces of bread / Rammstein's DU HAST / rice / starch / money / meat / the TORMENT that I'm going through since he's playing so much good stuff that I just CAN'T SING ALONG TO! (he will NOT thank me, TRUST ME!) Turns out that "Janie Jones" is a fake profile. She spent way too much time playing games, but made a big declaration that she wasn't going to do that anymore... hahaha, I can relate! I also don't get how people can refer to their pets as their kids - that isn't acceptable unless the pets in question are young goats! Honestly, it reminds me of the discussion that Jen and I were having about people who carry around their small dogs in their purses, and refer to them as their children! Ugh. You shouldn't be allowed to do that... what if you have both kids AND pets? If you go around doing that, people will think you're referring to your actual CHILDREN... you know, the HUMAN kind!

Harrison cutting hair with overhead string (dream) / TMI / Argentine Name

I had a weird dream where I was busing everywhere, and then came upon two little kids (Harrison and a little friend) who were cutting their stepsister's hair using a taut string suspended overhead. Their mother (who looked like the mom from TROLL 2) caught them, so gave them a huge lecture. While this was going on, I spotted Jeremy. When I said that I had a mouse in my room, he said that he had THREE of the damned things! Later on, Jessica G. (hellsings_home) got a WHOLE BUNCH of Christmas cards from holiday_wishes, Krista (geek_dragon), Steve and Carol (Viper and Nutty from Our Place), and more. We also determined that Tuesday should be the first day of every month, in honor of Princess Diana, then I woke up. Almost no idea why I had the dream, except the insane amount of busing time I logged on Saturday, plus watching TROLL 2.

Called Auntie Ying, who was concerned that I hadn't shown up on Sunday! Not going to dinner! / I have teaching control back!

I stayed up past 4:30 AM reading about period TMI on ONTD, haha. When I got up, I had a few phone calls from Auntie Ying / Steph / Mom. I decided to check my email first to see if I could at least figure out what the familial phone calls were about. Harmony had replied to an email saying that she and Jon couldn't make it for a dinner which Grandma wants to buy tonight, so I figured I couldn't make it either. First, I called Barry. Then I called my sister to tell her that I couldn't make it, but she wanted me to tell Mom. Got off the phone in less than two minutes, which is fine - as Eric told a certain person who also wanted to give me a digicam (Jon asked WHY?!), I can be rather short on the phone sometimes, and even more so if I'm talking to people I actively dislike! As far as I know, he didn't include that last part - but it's true!

Then I called Auntie Ying, whose work schedule has changed; instead of being off on Monday and Tuesday, she's now off on Thursday and Friday! She wanted to call me to see if she could meet me for lunch on Friday at 11:30 around Richmond Centre. That should be doable - I haven't called a certain person about anything at all, anyway... Then she asked if that would give me enough time to prepare. I didn't tell her that Chuck and Andrea's wedding and banquet (plus Awana) would probably cut into any slack prep that I might do, hahaha. But at least she's giving me the control back, for sure!

She said that Ramen had seemed angry yesterday - I'd also noticed that, but wasn't going to interfere in Jessie's parenting when she tried minimizing his feelings to insist that he was HAPPY! Having been the victim of that too often, I would have asked him why he was so angry that he felt the need to dump all the toys out of a few boxes! Auntie Ying then said that maybe the kids needed to learn to play with only a few toys at a time from a few boxes; she might come in and clean up some more since she was in a hurry to leave yesterday. I'm usually in a hurry to leave every week, man! Then she said that if Jonathan goes to the Grade 1 class, maybe Amos and Harrison won't be so wild - I don't think she should get her hopes up, personally. I do know he eggs Amanda on by talking about poo and pee, but kids will be kids! His sister Ashley seems okay with things now... and Donald and Conor have always been good for the most part. Arthur is a quiet child, and David isn't TOO rambunctious.
