YAY! The next hockey game is tomorrow at 6 at the Pengrowth Saddledome against Calgary! There was definitely a void in everyone's life without the NHL, haha. Steph and J-Mak say they'll make everyone crazy post-season by bringing it up and discussing it to death. Whatever, I'm not likely to mind it... as Danielle surely will. ;)

Double Yay! I will have high-speed Internet service at this time tomorrow! That means I should join the ranks of you lot who can make phone calls and be online at the same time... and who can view a zillion large pictures at a time without it being likely to crash the computer! (oh, how jealous I was... I'll test those things out, too!) Becky said that I should have done it three years ago, but high-speed Internet service doesn't make much sense with a 486, which is what I had at the time! :P

I remember the last time I made such a declaration in my journal, along the lines of: "Tomorrow I shall have a faster computer!" (it was in May 2003, after Lauren's wedding) Sarah Moore commented: "Your computer will be faster than mine. Wait, EVERYONE's computer is faster than mine!" As it happened, Vernon didn't get around to it until late September 2004 when my 486 finally had extreme monitor problems. But this time, I *know* that Shaw will come tomorrow afternoon between 2 and 4.. I'm so excited, haha!
