Went for lunch earlier with my parents, who teased me for being "high-class" since I referred to Leung Kee (the snake meat place) as "SO ghetto!" Really, it's not... but when you just sit on stools to eat, and there's no place to put your coat because it's a small space anyhow? Maybe in the summer or something when it gets warmer so I don't need to worry about that. (yes, I am paranoid... sue me :P)

We went to Ricky's instead, and then ran some errands elsewhere. I bought some Clairol Herbal Essences Fruit Fusions Hydrating Conditioner For Dry / Normal Hair and some chocolate milk. Forgot about the pair of scissors I was going to buy, since I inexplicably lost mine during Awana last weekend. Maybe some other time, as I want to look for Pilot "precise rolling ball" pens too. My mother insisted on buying some potatoes and Chinese pastries for me, as well. At least I now know exactly where Lush is in relation to the bakery and the Bay. (good news for my Calgary friend Darren)


I'm being amused yet again by The Surrealist Compliment Generator. :D I'm glad Farrah's package got there safely, too! Although I'm horrified at seeing a pro-anorexia community on my LJ friendsfriends page... eep! However, if that person also has this community devoted to photos of food on their friends list, that would be deliciously ironic. (yes, I used the word "deliciously" on purpose :P)
