It's not February, Grandma! / James / Surprise chocolate / SPONGEBOB
FIVE DAYS TO GO, AND IT'S BEEN EXACTLY SIX MONTHS SINCE TEUNIS MOVED IN!! I found a crazy SPONGEBOB version, down below.
Steph said she was hanging out with Grandma at O'Hares last night for dinner, and Grandma apparently really DOES think it's February! Grandma agreed with Steph that it was good weather since it wasn't snowing! OH NO! Talked to James on YM for a bit, too: gas prices, a perverted guy liking the "69" in his screen name, blocking people, Teunis leaving here soon, movies, being broke, saving money by not going out, and more. When Teunis finally got home at 1:30 AM, we discussed his day: Jordan's birthday, Mexican food, Kaili being around (of course...), pumpernickel bread from Save-On, bagels, Aberdeen, sausage rolls, Daiso, cigarettes and pot at the Richmond Night Market [under new (better) management], a science fiction comic shop / bookstore, and Purdy's / a "thank you" box of chocolates for his stay here.
We also talked about his possibly taking Eric off his games friends list, Jordan's "thank you" flower for my card (cute!), anime / manga, HOWL'S MOVING CASTLE / PRINCESS MONONOKE, Studio Ghibli, atomic bombs at Hiroshima / Nagasaki from a kiddy perspective, videos, jackets, an Ethiopian bag as medieval garb (of course...), taking a walk, and more. Jordan said it was his best birthday in a long time, haha. At least Teunis seemed to have a good day, even though he still wanted to get some computer stuff done before sleeping! This morning, my phone was STILL on for some reason (since Friday?!), so Eric was able to call me to ask what was going on. I told him that he'd be evil and stay out all day even if he said he'd just stay out for lunch. Then again, I said that I'd saved a bunch of money (NOT 50 cents!) by not going out on the weekends... I think he even tried to call me after that, but no go!
