Bringing back upset and pain.....

I glanced through a certain thread just now..
it's something which I perhaps shouldn't have done..
brought back the upset and pain I felt before..
not that I shouldn't feel upset that I hurt people..
but I thought I was over it to some degree..
guess it's not a complete process by any means..
nope, I don't think I'll be looking at THAT one anymore..
time to focus on my true friends and rejoice! ;)
(although I expect I'll still be sad about the flame-out)
