Chicken knees

I got back from lunch at Tsim Chai just now..
we introduced Emily to chicken knees..
she seemed to like them well enough..
now Steph *has* to take her to the Cactus Club..
more specifically, the one on Broadway / Ash..
(it has the coolest washrooms ever!)
time to prepare for Memphis Blues.. wooyeah! :)
