Hockey, Ester-C as estrogen, and books

The Canucks lost 3-1 tonight to Dallas: Morrison scored a power play goal in the second period against his former college teammate Marty Turco, even though the team was outshot. Alex Auld had several good saves, but then Dallas had two unassisted goals because of the poor defensive coverage... cross-ice passes to the wrong person?! Eeeep. Now they have one win in their last nine games, and four wins out of their last 15 road games... and they're 0-4 in the second game of back-to-back games, which they will be playing in Chicago tomorrow afternoon!

Half the seats in the American Airlines Center were empty because there was some football game (the Rose Bowl?) going on, and the people who WERE there were probably focused on the score there. Tomorrow's scheduling is bizarre: there's THE Canada-Russia juniors gold medal game at 4, and the Canucks-Blackhawks game at 5:30. Ah well...

HAHAHA, I just heard a commercial for Ester-C on the radio. That reminds me of the time last week or so when Nathan (or Eric?) thought they'd said "Estrogen." HAHAHA.

Fewer books = less stuff to move. I've decimated my collection by 20 just tonight. :P (and now Corey's telling me that I should replace that stuff with bad romance novels... yeah right! :P)
