The Blackhawks are now winless in five against us, hahaha...
I've been busily reading A Breath of Snow and Ashes, and it's a very good book! Certainly made the hockey game go by faster, hahaha. :D
We won the hockey game against Chicago tonight by a score of 6-2! Daniel Sedin, Ohlund, Salo, Ohlund again, Morrison, and Naslund were the goal-scorers... and Ohlund, Morrison, and Bertuzzi were the three stars. (Brendan's broken his slump, all right..) Jovanovski got hit by Barnaby in the mouth (someone's not responsible with his stick! :P), but he came back in the third period. We face Phoenix next on Thursday: we won't see Brett Hull again since he's retired, but at least he went out while on top of his game while KNOWING that he couldn't do anything more. Gotta respect that, in these days when players just go hardcore at it and retire when they're all injured and such. At least he tried, for Wayne Gretzky's coaching duties... but he was undecided from the first. All in all, a good game with former Canucks Adrian Aucoin and Jim Dowd... speaking of Wayne Gretzky, tonight was his first game back in Edmonton as an NHL head coach. (and they won 4-3 in OT)
Now, back to reading about the Frasers and war.... plus listening to the post-game coverage on the radio. :D
Maybe I'll do that MS Paint meme, also... even though my artistic skills kinda suck, I *did* take informal drawing lessons at one point years ago. Those were the days... Scott, James, Dawn, Eric, Steph, Jon, loud music (Salt n'Pepa / Green Day / etc.), Auntie Wylene, Charmaine, rides to Fellowship, etc.
