Pigeon brains

dinner was kind of interesting food-wise..
I had a very tiny amount of pigeon brains..
(very creamy in consistency.. didn't really have a taste)
my mom insisted I try some fermented fish sauce..
definitely didn't like that, as it was GROSS..
I'm having my lamb without that next time, thanks!
